How far in advance should I place my order?
For standard orders, we recommend placing your order at least 24-48 hours in advance. For large custom orders or bulk corporate gifting, please reach out to us at least a week prior.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Yes! While our delicate cakes are currently limited to Bengaluru delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, we ship our brownies and cookies nationwide.
How long do the bakes stay fresh?
Our brownies and cookies are best enjoyed within 5-7 days if stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Cakes should be refrigerated and consumed within 3-4 days. We always recommend enjoying them fresh!
Can I customize the greeting card message?
Absolutely! Every card comes with the option to include a personalized message. We'll handwrite or beautifully print your message inside the card before sealing it.
Do you offer eggless options?
Yes, all our bakes—cakes, brownies, and cookies—are 100% eggless and crafted with the finest ingredients to ensure they taste just as rich and delicious.
What if the recipient isn't home during delivery?
We typically call the recipient to ensure they are available before dispatching the order. If they are unavailable, we can leave the package with security or a neighbor upon their instruction.
