Welcome to The Secret Oven (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website at thesecretoven.in or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our platform or services.
2. Products & Orders
All products listed on our platform are perishable baked goods. Images shown are representations; actual items may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
- Orders are subject to acceptance and ingredient availability.
- Custom messages on cakes and gifts must adhere to standard community guidelines. We reserve the right to decline orders containing abusive or offensive language.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payments
All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers. An order is confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.
4. Delivery & Dispatch
We endeavor to deliver baked goods on your chosen dispatch date. Delivery schedules are estimates provided by local courier and delivery partners. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses, recipient unreachability, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen traffic disturbances.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh bakery goods:
- Cancellations requested before order preparation has begun will receive a full refund.
- Once an order is in preparation or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for replacement or refund processing.
6. User Accounts & Google Sign-In
You may sign in using your Google Account via Supabase Auth to manage saved delivery addresses and view order history. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and login session.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
