Delivery Locations & Timelines

Within Bengaluru: Next-day delivery is available for all treats and cards if ordered before our 4:00 PM cutoff time. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the day after tomorrow.

Outside Bengaluru: Nationwide shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Please note that only Mini Cookies and Brownie Slabs are available for nationwide shipping, as our Cake Slices and Choco Melt Cakes require refrigeration.

Order Cutoffs

Our daily cutoff time for next-day dispatch (where applicable) is 4:00 PM IST. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our artisan bakes and the personalized nature of our greeting cards, we do not accept returns.

Cancellations are only accepted if requested within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered the preparation or printing phase. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take immense pride in our packaging and delivery process. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the issue and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
